A Self-Help Books: #7 Letting Go




            Sometimes you just couldn’t understand how people think. Sometimes you just couldn’t get it. Sometimes what you believe hurt you the most. You just couldn’t help it sometimes. When things seems not good enough to you and you couldn’t let out your anger, take a deep breathe. Please take a deep breathe and talk to yourself, why it makes you angry? Why this is happening to you? Why are you so sad? Why are you so disappointed? Be honest to yourself and let it go. You need to know that your anger, your sadness, your disappointment wouldn’t make any change. Things will go easier if you let it go. If you let it be. You have to try to understand why people doing that. Apologize them. Consider things you have been through with them. You’ll be okay, you know you’ll be okay.
